How to Apply For a License

 1.  Click on "Create Account".

2.  Fill in all required information and click on "Next".

3.  Fill in all required personal information and click on "Create Account".

4.  Upload a head shot photo to your account.  NOTE:  Photo must be a head shot.  Any photos that are of your entire body or include you wearing hats, sunglasses, etc will cause your license request to be denied.

5.  On your main account page select "Apply for a New License" located to the right of your picture.

6.  Select the license type you are applying for from the drop down list and click on "Submit".

7.  Fill in any additional info that may be asked and click on "Submit Application".  Please make sure you disclose the date of the event you are requesting your license for.  If you are cornering a fighter(s) please list the name of the fighter(s) you will be cornering and not the name of the gym you are associated with.

8. All license requests must be completed at least seven (7) business days before the event.

How to Renew a License

 1.  Sign-in to your account.

2.  On your main account page click on "Renew a License" located to the right of your picture.

3.  Review your personal information and make any changes/updates as needed.  When all updates have been made click on "Update".

4.  Please make sure you disclose the date of the event you are requesting your license for.  Click on "Renew This License" across from the license you wish to renew.

5. All license renewals must be completed at least seven (7) business days before the event.
